This is an internal report from the health inspection of a SS-Mann from I.G.G.E. SS VT “G”, named Günther Soppart. The report was not to be made public, not even to be shown to the person who was being checked.
It turns out Soppart had blood in his urine and the doktor gave an annalyses and instructions on how to preceed.
This is a very rare internal report and only the very first of such i’;ve ever encountered. It is an example that very well shows how within the SS, members were checked when needed by their own doctors.
Very rare to find.
In good condition, with perforation holes.
