In good condition.
The diameter is quite large, approximately 12 centimeters.
These particular insignia were used by the Dutch NSB-Jeugdstorm, when participating in international sportsevents. The word “Nederland”[Netherlands] was to show where the participating Jeugdstormmembers were from.
These insignia have become very hard to find, also here in the Netherlands. Added a newspaper photo showing one in wear for a international bicycle race.
